Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Quality
Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance to ensure optimal
accreditation levels
Manage HEDIS improvement activities, including outreach and data
integrity
Present performance results and recommend action plans to senior
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related clinical field; Master's
degree preferred
10+ years of healthcare operations experience, including quality
improvement and NCQA accreditation
Experience in managing acquisition and integration of external data
sources
Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and
training staff
RN license and Certified Professional in Health Care Quality
preferred
