Position: Part-Time Property and Casualty Agent Agency: The Alef
Agency (independent, affiliated with Brightway Insurance) Location:
Remote (must be based in Florida) About Us: Brightway Insurance is
a leading property and casualty insurance distribution company with
over 300 franchise locations in 35 states, known for delivering
exceptional customer experiences and empowering agents and
consultants with innovative tools and support. Key
Responsibilities: Follow up on leads provided by the agency,
provide quotes, and close sales. Advise new and existing customers
on insurance products ? including commercial policies. Handle
policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and renewals for
commercial lines. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier
systems. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across
both commercial and residential segments. Deliver outstanding
customer service via phone, email and digital communications.
Ensure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and
carrier requirements. Required Qualifications: Valid Florida 2-20
General Lines or 20-44 license. Experience in Personal Lines,
Required Experience in Commercial insurance, Preferred Strong
communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to
work remotely with reliable internet, phone, and disciplined
scheduling. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese ? preferred but not
