Client Service Representative

A Client Service Representative will have a strong background in communicating with others, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience.

This individual will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers regarding products and provide a solution to their problems quickly and professionally.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Act as a reliable product specialist - Review customer issues as discussed, evaluate the customer objective, and suggest alternatives and recommendations.
• Provide customer supportCollaborate with other technical team members to provide exceptional customer service to the client during the sales setup. Work with the backend team to explain any errors found and provide recommendations for a solution. Improve any current programs by understanding the goal and outcome.
  Client Service Representative Candidate Requirements:
  
• HS Diploma or GED
• Previous professional experience communicating with customers
• Technically savvy with strong project management skills
• Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
• The ability to explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understand
  Please note a commute is required for this opportunity and this is an entry-level position with training.
