Job DescriptionInside Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time,
on-siteThe Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for
developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding
the customer journey, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will
be responsible for building instant rapport and achieve customer
trust and satisfaction. A competitive, sales driven personality
along with great listening skills to understand the customers wants
and needs. The ability to cross sell/upsell additional products and
services to achieve maximum AOS potential. Experience in selling
Soft or Durable Goods is necessary with Durable Goods
preferred.
Responsibilities: Communicating with inbound calling customers,
making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on
leads. Ability to sell, promote products and services while
providing professional and courteous customer service. Able to
multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Maintaining
database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client
information Work Independently and as part of a team Ability to
communicate through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Text);
sometimes simultaneously. Communicate with online/inbound customers
as inquiries come up to identify needs and areas of opportunity.
Knowledge and execution of sales process from initiation to close
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services. Upselling
and Cross-Selling products and services. Closing sales and
achieving sales targets.Requirements: ERP and CRM experience
Durable or Soft Goods experience Experience meeting sales quotas
and KPIs At least 2 years of Sales experience Online Sales
experience highly preferred Bi-lingual is preferred Proficiency in
Microsoft Office High school diploma/GEDAll qualified applicants
