Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time role responsible for developing and supervising behavior intervention plans for students with autism and developmental disorders. Requires a Master's Degree, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of ABA experience with discrete trials. Reports to the Clinical Director and manages a small team of staff. Key duties include supervising staff, implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and external providers. Ensures data collection, progress monitoring, and consistent application of behavioral strategies across settings. Provides staff training, attends team and IEP meetings, and handles parent communication. Offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with work conducted in-person.
