A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement game systems using Unreal Engine, focusing on
gameplay mechanics and player progression
Develop weapon systems and collaborate with team members to create
engaging combat encounters
Conduct playtests and gather feedback to improve game systems and
maintain design documentation
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in game design, particularly in systems or
shooter combat design
Proven experience with Unreal Engine, preferably Unreal Engine
5
One shipped title of AAA quality or a breakout indie hit
Demonstrable expertise with Blueprint and experience in balancing
game systems
Strong understanding of game design principles and player
psychology
