Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Reinsurance Operations Specialist to manage reinsurance agreements and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with internal and external reinsurance agreements across various work streams
Deliver services in accordance with Standard Work and Service Level agreements
Provide training and technical expertise to less experienced staff as needed

Qualifications, Training, and Education

College degree - BA or BS preferred
3-5 years of relevant (re)insurance experience
Experience in Reinsurance Operations
ARe, AINS, CPCU, or similar designation is a plus
