What's a typical day as an Account Receivable Specialist? You'll be: -

Recording transactions in SAGE ERP
Administering state and federal regulatory reporting
Billing clients, verifying transactions
Monitoring incoming payment and identifying accounting discrepancies
Inputting invoices into SAGE ERP, producing monthly and quarterly reports for management and headquarters.
Adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, payrolls for main office and branch

-This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: -


Knowledge on budgets and cash flow.
Knowledge with general ledger, post debits and credits, produce financial statements and reports.
Bilingual in English Spanish.
Efficiency using Word Office, Excel formulas, PDF, and Accounting Software
A strong background in Account receivable collections.
The ability to supervise two Accounting Staff
