• Greets patients when they come in.
• Provides patients with guidance regarding their clinical Appointment (place & time)
• Reviews the medical insurance to check eligibility status.
• Requests further documentation if needed (Id's)
• Creates an encounter through the Check-in process.
• Completes necessary documentation and paperwork for patients. This includes but is not limited to forms, authorization, and releases.
• Receives telephone calls and routes and resolves them accordingly.
• Schedules and re-schedules Appointments.
• Calls patients to confirm Appointments and verify transportation need.
• Revise Appointment list and accommodate it as needed.
• In charge of system alerts.
• Update patient information.
• Print future Appointment list to provide to patient.
• Work on reports such as Inactive report, Disenrollment report, Post ER report, and hospital discharge report.
• Create same day Appointment and transportation.
• Create system alerts for patients as needed.
• Participates in trainings, meetings, educational programs.
• Perform other duties as needed/assigned.
  Experience/Qualifications: -
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Great Phone Etiquette.
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
