We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, welcoming, and service oriented Receptionist.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide support to the Admissions Department including but not limited to clerical activities
• Answer incoming calls and directing the calls to the appropriate offices and/or staff
• Distribute mail and own flow of correspondence
• Greets and directs visitors to the appropriate staff and/or administrative offices
• Place orders for supplies as needed
• Perform other duties as required REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent both verbal and written)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet solid deadlines
