FB Doors is seeking strong Customer Service Representatives for
various full-time assignments. Positions require previous
administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience and
must be fluent in English & Spanish.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Take orders over the phone.
* Answer customer questions via email & phone.
* Keep clients updated on the status of projects
* Provide any additional information regarding customers' orders as
* Document all calls.
* Handle Emails as assigned.
* Follow the jobs status.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm and be engaged to represent the
* Work as a team to meet goals.
* Others Multi-tasking duties.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or a call center
* Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Demonstrates initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced
* Proficient in MS Office Excel (Intermediate or Advanced),
Outlook, and Word.
Job Type: Full-time
* 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Hialeah, FL 33018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate
before starting work (Required)
