HR People Programs and Projects
As the HR People Programs and Projects talent you will partner directly with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners and maintains a deep understanding of the existing and emerging business needs, as it relates to itsPeople Strategy. You will proactively create and monitor those supportive programs. You will bring your creativity, experience in employee engagement, total rewards, and talent acquisition best practices. You will work with the HR team and its business leaders to create a toolkit of needs and monitor those programs to ensure critical processes are implemented on time and accurately.
What You Will Do---

  • Support you internal clients, the head of HR and HR team, as it relates to people programs, that align to the vision and values of the company
  • Define, write and manage new & existing HR program components and employee communication
  • Work collaboratively to diagnose manager and employee capability needs to design performance management, learning tolls and development plans.
  • Partner with, and coach front-line managers to facilitate organizational and cultural change.. Act as a catalyst for building Organizational Effectiveness within the business.
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of and research and implement new programs, to include performance management, employee referral incentives, recognition programs and employee activities- in-person and virtual
  • Interact with vendors and various levels of the business, providing and disseminating information, as well as completing actions
  • Assist in building management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive environment that enables positive employee relations.
  • Monitor and maintain select compliance requirements (e.g., licensure, sanctions) which includes maintaining applicable electronic files and databases, gathering data and preparing summaries for review and decision-making purposes
  • Help management identify development opportunities to support the upskilling and engagement of frontline employees.
  • Support the effective integration of HR processes, programs, and practices into daily operations.
  • Assist with HR related communications, which includes developing materials, compiling, and summarizing data, posting updates to intranet, and other company tools. Assists organizing events within the HR service scope of the aligned HR function.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of applicable HR practices, procedures, and processes.
    What You will Have---
    • Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience in HR, and/or a combination of advanced training and experience
    • Excellent Writing Skills
    • Project management experience and skills
    • Ability to create programs innovatively
    • Must be able to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a dynamic environment
    • Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically.
    • Must have strong business acumen, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
    • Solid track record of setting high standards of performance; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks
    • Passion for what you do and enthusiasm to learn
