Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida 
• • or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions. 
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and written communications skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required 
• BSN required MSN preferred 
• Must have minimum of three years ‘experience at the bedside and at least one year as a charge nurse or unit leader
