Job Description:

ANTILLEAN MARINE - Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. Full-time employment Monday thru Friday. Weekends if an emergency. Must be flexible to work Overtime Hours required $15.00 p/h Excellent benefits (Paid Vacations, paid Holidays, paid sick time, paid personal days, Health Insurance, Life Insurance paid by the Employer) ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSABILITIES: Acts as a liaison between ship captain and shore personnel to ensure that schedules and budgets are maintained. Maintain complete records of engineering department activities, including work performed on vessels. Responsible for assisting with updates to data as required by inventory Management team. Data entry of Equipment Parts and Task descriptions to build up database. Assists the department with special projects and assignments. Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties. Report data related issues to the team lead and management. Other duties assigned by management. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required. Maritime Office logistics experience preferred. Inventory management experience preferred. Office Clerk Experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office required. Bilingual English/Spanish required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
