Responsibilities:
--- Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, including court appearances and legal proceedings.
--- Analyze client needs, identify legal solutions, and develop case strategies.
--- Provide counsel to clients, helping them navigate their options for the best outcomes.
--- Oversee and collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficiency.
--- Draft, review, and file legal documents with accuracy and timeliness.
--- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and court procedures in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in Florida, specifically within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
--- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
--- Experienced in working with a dedicated paralegal to maximize productivity.
--- Skilled in legal research tools such as Westlaw/Lexis and proficient in Microsoft Office.
--- Strong decision-making, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
--- Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity, guiding clients toward constructive solutions.
--- Independent, organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
