Position Specific Description
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the IT strategy in
alignment with the company's business goals and objectives.
Anticipate technological trends and drive innovation to maintain
the company's competitive edge.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT
professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work
environment. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and
provide development opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and
delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time,
within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage
project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability, security, and
scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks,
servers, and cloud services. Implement and maintain disaster
recovery and business continuity plans.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity
policies and procedures to protect the company's data and IT assets
from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, making
data-driven decisions to optimize costs and investments while
ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Vendor Management: Establish and manage relationships with
external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and
ensuring the quality of delivered services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders
across the organization to understand their technology needs and
provide solutions that enhance business processes and
performance.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure IT operations and activities
comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
Implement best practices and frameworks to govern IT
processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT
infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and
other related components.
- Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security
of IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure,
including configuration guides, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct regular system and network audits to identify areas for
improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects
and initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and availability through regular backups
and disaster recovery planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies,
and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as
needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to
internal and external clients.
- Understand and analyze business requirements to develop and
implement IT solutions that align with organizational
objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including
non-technical audiences, to convey technical information and
project updates.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels of the
organization.
- Ability to create content required to aid in the communication

- Works with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in
alignment with business strategy
- Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of
technology portfolio to meet business needs
- Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new
ideas that enable business transformation
- Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application
performance in production environments
- Oversees development of processes and tools to automate code
releases from development to operations (DevOps)
- Attracts, develops and retains a high-performing and diverse
team
- Establishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with
current and future business needs
- Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to
deliver project and operational support objectives
- Ensures technology processes are conducted in line with
applicable standards and company policies
- Performs other job-related duties as assignedRequired
Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 8+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ yearsPreferred
