Job Description:

The IT Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing both new and existing client relationships. The ideal candidate is familiar with local market (Dade/Broward/Palm Beach) and has 5+ years of experience in temp or perm IT staffing services, in a Business Development or hybrid BD/Recruiting role.Key Responsibilities:-- Develop and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients, offering temp and permanent placement services.-- Proactively and consistently prospect, pursue, and close new business. Ability to recognize new leads and prospects, gather market intel, generate calls and obtain virtual or in-person client meetings. Must feel comfortable managing objections from cold or warm calls.-- Negotiate fees, rates, and contract terms.-- Collaborate with recruiting team to obtain detailed job requirements from clients.-- Strong customer service and follow-up skills. Complete follow-up activities with clients for QC calls and continued-business efforts. Conduct follow up activities with recruiters to ensure candidate follow-up, candidate retention and lead generation.-- Thorough understanding of metrics and tasks that must be accomplished to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly business development goals.Skills and Qualifications:-- 5+ years of experience in BD/Account Management role in IT staffing or IT related field.-- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and results-oriented.-- Strong organizational, customer service, BD and account management skills.-- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. -- Marketing sales efforts, focusing on various aspects of IT services/support, ranging from helpdesk to C-Suite.-- Strong sense of urgency and at ease working in a fast-paced environment.Discipline to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ADG system.-- Strong problem resolution negotiation and closing skills.
