Job Description:
You are headed to a fresh start at the exceptionally managed
Turnberry Select Service Hotels in Florida; we are looking for an
strategic Human Resources Generalist to join our high performing
Team. This role is based out of Aventura, FL.As the Human Resources
Generalist you will perform HR-related duties on a professional
level and work closely with senior HR management in supporting the
Select Service Hotels in Florida. In this role, your will focus on
the following functional areas: talent acquisition, onboarding,
benefits and compensation administration, team member relations,
learning and development performance management, and employment law
compliance.Essential Job Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be

essential functions-Manages the talent acquisition and on-boarding
process from beginning to end including but not limited to posting
career opportunities, assisting with job description creation,
conducting candidate sourcing and prescreening, administering
preemployment and onboarding process.-Coordinates with the Payroll
Department maintaining team member information in HRIS such new
hire data, personal data, benefit time tracking, transfers,
promotions, change of work status, terminations etc.-Facilitates
new hire orientation for various properties and any compliance
related training such as anti-harassment, diversity and
discrimination, workplace safety, etc.-Responsible for coordinating
and executing team member events-Conducts research and creates
reports as needed including payroll and training
compliance.-Assists with the maintenance and electronic filing of
(active and terminated) team members, and general documents-The
Team Member may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel
when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not
necessarily contained in this job
description---Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four
year college and minimum of three years of related experience in
Human Resources, Hospitality Management and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.-Prior hotel
experience preferred.-Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
required.-Ability to travel locally and domestic for purposes of
working at the properties, attending hiring events, meetings and
training; must have means of transportation when traveling i.e.
ability to rent car with a valid driver's license.Knowledge and
Skills:-Candidate must have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft
365 applications, HRIS (i.e. UKG Pro, ADP), Time and Attendance
systems (i.e. UKG Dimensions, Kronos), ATS (Applicant Tracking
