    Human Resources CoordinatorMiami Lakes, FL 33016 Momentum Consulting is lookingforaHuman ResourcesCoordinator tojoinour Human Resources department, as aHRCoordinator you will be part of driving a positiveand seamlesscandidate experiencebyproviding general support tothe full lifecycle recruitment processand supporting Human Resources administrative functions. You would make an impact by providing recruitment supportin the sourcing, interviewing,andonboarding process. You will also support HR Operations withbenefitsadministrationand general HR associate support. This role will interactcloselywiththe Talent Team, candidates, employeesand hiring leaders. Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate the interview scheduling process: communicate with candidates and interviewersto determine availability, coordinate availability and send details toeachparticipant.
    • Createand administerofferagreements; follow up on offer documents
    • ProvideApplicant Tracking System (ATS) updates/maintenance - posting of requisition, updating candidate dispositions, uploading correspondenceand making system updates
    • Provide administrative support for HR Systems
    • Support branding of resumesby applying grammarandwritten skills
    • Initiate, track and follow up on background/drug screenprocess and results; communicate with candidate to provide instructions and support for the background and drugscreenprocess
    • Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their candidacy and status
    • Process employment verifications
    • Serve as a backup for New Hire Orientations
    • Serve as a point of contact for administrative benefits support
    • Review and respond to employee requests as part of the HR admin team
    • Ad hoc project support as needed Requirements:
      • Bachelors Degreein Business orotherrelated field,will considerexperienceinlieuof education
      • At least2year of experience in a recruitment or human resources support function
      • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, (JobVitepreferred)
      • Experience working with an HRIS (UltiPro preferred)
      • Must be able to handlesensitiveand confidential information
      • A passion for customer serviceand process improvement
      • High level of comfort with changeand working under deadlines
      • Demonstrated excellence inorganizationalskill,detail oriented andtime managementskills
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include Excel, Word andPowerPoint
      • Team player with a positive attitude
      • Position is currently virtual but will need to be able to work onsite in the future
