Job Title: Customer Service Email Representative - Ericka J Brand

Location: Ft Lauderdale, Florida (onsite, except for Mondays at the Miami Gardens shipping facility)

Position Type: Full-time, Hourly

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support via email, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of their concerns or issues.

* Maintain a friendly and positive tone in all customer interactions, delivering exceptional service that aligns with the Ericka J brand values.

* Effectively address customer complaints, escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

* Utilize a variety of tools and resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of product knowledge.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.

* Assist in training new hires at our Ft Lauderdale location, sharing best practices and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

* On Mondays, travel to our shipping facility in Miami Gardens to provide support and coordinate with the shipping team.


* Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in an email support capacity.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey information effectively.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.

* Proficient computer skills, including experience with email management systems and CRM software.

* Ability to work full-time and onsite at our Ft Lauderdale location, with availability to travel to the Miami Gardens shipping facility on Mondays.
