Job Description Job Summary: Thrift City in Flamingo Plaza in Hialeah Florida is looking for full time Keyholders to assist the Manager with opening/closing the store and overseeing Cashiers. We have flexible schedules and are open Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment while providing outstanding customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Open/Close the store following company policies and procedures Cross training in all customer service areas Process all customer transactions and collect payment Assist store managers where needed Work in a team environment Great Benefits Flexible Schedule Medical, Dental and Vision for qualified individuals Paid Vacation Time Employee Merchandise Discount Requirements: Excellent customer service Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team member 18 years old & older Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds and be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store.
