About We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team and provide virtual patient care in a modern, cash-pay telehealth environment. This is an ideal role for a clinician who is passionate about preventative, functional, and longevity-focused medicine — and who enjoys building something meaningful from the ground up. What You'll Do Conduct telehealth consultations with patients reviewing advanced lab diagnostics Diagnose and treat hormonal and metabolic imbalances Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy protocols including: Testosterone optimization for women and men Estrogen and progesterone therapy Thyroid support when appropriate Prescribe and manage metabolic and longevity therapies including GLP-1 medications and peptides Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide follow-up visits and ongoing optimization of care plans Collaborate with our Medical Director to refine clinical protocols Deliver exceptional, high-touch virtual patient care What We're Looking For Active NPI and medical licensure, suitable for prescription medications Active DEA license 3 years of clinical experience Experience with hormone replacement therapy and lab-based optimization Comfortable practicing in a telehealth environment Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Strongly Preferred Background in hormone optimization, functional medicine, longevity, or anti-aging medicine Telehealth experience Multi-state licensure (or willingness to obtain additional state licenses) Experience in cash-pay or concierge-style medical practices Why Join Us 100% remote telehealth position Flexible schedule Competitive compensation (hourly or per-visit) No insurance paperwork Work at the forefront of modern preventative medicine Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling digital health company
