Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details: • Work Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday • Must be able to perform both X-ray and CT procedures • Work independently as the only staff member per shift • Perform CT scans on all anatomy • Perform X-rays on all anatomy • Work with GE CT scanner, GE x-ray room, and GE portable x-ray equipment • Use Meditech documentation system and GE Centricity PACS • Call requirements: Yes • Required certifications: ARRT Registry CT, ARRT Registry Radiology, BLS • Florida State license required • Previous travel experience preferred • Must be able to function independently • Dress code: Black scrubs • Work in 11-bed emergency department setting Facility: This emergency care facility operates as a freestanding emergency department providing comprehensive emergency medical services to the community.
