Major Responsibilities:DMS Adjunct Faculty position is responsible
for preparing course outline and syllabus, developing course and
lesson plans, and participating in the selection of textbook and
other teaching aids necessary for the instruction of courses.
Conducting classroom instruction and teaching pertinent course
subject using lectures, demonstrations, class discussion, and other
appropriate modes of educational delivery. Administering and
evaluating student progress and performance throughout length of
specified program. Fosters education by contributing professionally
to FNU.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Efficient communication both verbal and written with the Program
Director through regular reports outlining goals and objectives.
Effective use of facilities for educational and instructional
purposes.
b. Improvement and simplification of methods and procedures and
elimination of idle time or waste product.
c. Adequate and appropriate books, supplies and materials.
d. Scholarly activity/research in relationship to teaching.
e. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
within specified field relies on a broad spectrum of experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
