covering South and Central Florida We provide IV hydration that
includes a wide variety of vitamins, nutrients, and specific
medications to help treat the most common sickness that can be
relieved with IV therapy. Our licensed and registered staff goes to
patients' homes, hotel rooms, and offices to provide them relief
from a dreaded hangover, jet lag, migraines, exercise fatigue,
general dehydration, and pregnancy morning sickness that prevents
them from their daily activities. The innovators and management

and understanding for everyone. As a Registered Nurse (RN)
Supervisor for JOOCY, you will work outside the walls of your
typical hospital/clinic setting and gain experience in a growing

for you Responsibilities and Duties As a Mobile Infusion RN
Supervisor, you will--- Promotes and restores patients--- health by
developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the
patient care area. Hires, onboards, directs, mentors, develops, and
schedules staff, including communicating job expectations and
providing performance reviews. Collaborates with physicians and
multidisciplinary professional staff to implement patient care
Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to
strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity,
quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; and
identifying system improvements. Provides input on annual budget,
monitors expenditures, performs research on possible investments in
equipment or additional staffing, and identifies variances in
departmental costs. Identifies patient service requirements by
establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients
and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and
procedures. Assures quality of care by developing and interpreting
hospital and nursing division---s philosophies and standards of
care, enforcing adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse
practice act requirements and to other governing agency
regulations, measuring health outcomes against standards, and
making or recommending adjustments. Completes patient care
requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff and
following up on work results. Maintains nursing supplies inventory
by studying usage reports, identifying trends, anticipating needed
supplies, and approving requisitions and cost allocations.
Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by
communicating information, responding to requests, and
participating in team problem-solving methods. Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating
in professional societies. Provide a broad range of infusion
therapies in our patients--- homes, hotel rooms, and offices. Make
a difference by using your clinic IV experience and personal touch
to help our patients recover in the comfort of their own homes.
Provide one on one home infusion nursing care visits and patient
education for follow-up treatment Qualification and Skills
Registered Nurse with current Florida license. Minimum one-year
nursing experience preferably in ICU, ER, or Pre-Op departments.
Minimum of one year as a Nurse supervisor or similar positions.
Possess a valid and current driver---s license and auto insurance.
Participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and
business needs. MUST be willing to treat COVID-19 patients, and
must be willing to work some weekends.
