Vice President of Quality - RN Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking to leverage your medical background and regulatory experience? What youll do: Responsible for the development, deployment and effectiveness of quality procedures and process training. Manage all facets of quality management systems in compliance with hospital or regulatory standards. Analyze available reporting and other information to identify areas in need of improvement. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff. Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods. What you need: Registered nurse (RN) with active licensure is required. Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred, graduate from an accredited RN program or other healthcare related field. Minimum of five years health care experience with a focus on quality management, performance improvement and/or risk management in a supervisory and/or management capacity is required.
