leading efficient processes, systems, and programs to support the
best people-focused service delivery. The Manager, HR Operations
will serve as the leader of Lennar's centralized HR support team,
managing daily operations of the department and transformation
projects aimed at improving our business. This position will ensure
high quality and high touch service is delivered to associates at
their first point of contact by the team of HR Operations
Specialists. This role influences the direction of programs to
ensure solutions are scalable and aligned to long-term strategy.
The Manager, HR Operations role should be able to quickly steer to
solutions by including the right people, processes, and technology.
The individual will identify operational process gaps and implement
improvements with measurable KPIs and SLAs.Your Responsibilities on
the Team
- Build and lead an engaged, positive, high performing HR
Operations team that embodies an Associate experience first
mindset.
- Align activities to strategic goals and ensure the team
understands the big picture and how they contribute.
- Use good and practical business judgment to think strategically
and implement actionable solutions.
- Improve efficiency and quality of operations through
collaborating with the HR Process Excellence team on the design and
implementation of optimized processes and change management.
- Simplify complex business problems, leverage, and analyze data
to determine opportunities, and create cases for change when
appropriate.
- Collaborate with field and corporate HR teams to align programs
and initiatives with strategic objectives and operating plans to
drive positive, business-impacting change.
- Build trust and foster open communication with multiple
stakeholder groups, influencing others in sensitive and complex
situations.
- Measure, coach, and mentor team members using KPIs including
CSAT and SLAs that lead to Tickled, Delighted, and Happy (TDH)
Associates.
- Serve as resource and escalation point for HR Operations Team
Leads.
- Clearly communicate team progress and continuous improvement
outcomes to stakeholders by building and sharing reports and
presentations.Your Toolbox
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business field or related
degree.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in various disciplines within HR
- operations, business partnership, and/or technology experience
preferred.
- 3+ years managing, leading, and developing teams.
- Advanced proficiency with HR systems, Workday and ServiceNow HR
Service Delivery preferred.
- Experience managing conflicting/shifting views and priorities
and leading through ambiguous situations.
- Effective communication skills, including defining and
simplifying complex concepts and communicating to
stakeholders.
- Experience gaining insights to operational challenges and
problem through data and listening.
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale projects and team
members.
- Demonstrated experience in collaboration with HR COEs or
similar across global business operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.Physical & Office/Site
Presence Requirements:This is primarily a sedentary office position
which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate
computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move
and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. This
