Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (US).
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key clients and drive revenue
growth
Refine and enforce customer success best practices and manage the
customer success team
Track sales team KPIs and focus on expanding client spend through
renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or
Account Manager in a SaaS start-up
Experience in implementing a strategic selling process
Thorough understanding of B2B procurement processes and experience
with procurement clients
Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a dynamic business
environment
Proven ability to drive projects to completion with minimal
guidance
