Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer lifecycle and ensure high customer

Develop and implement account plans to achieve customer retention
and growth
Analyze customer health metrics and provide feedback for product
and service improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or
client service
Strong knowledge of Customer Success best practices
Expertise in Salesforce
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sales, or
Business
Advanced project management experience
