• Oversee the Patient Access Department to ensure exceptional customer service to patients and potential patients.
• Coordinate and supervise programs to support patient well-being.
• Connecting patients and prospective patients with available services and resources in the community.
• Assisting patients with contacting insurance companies regarding coverage, preapprovals, billing and other issues. Experience/Qualifications:
  • Experience with public assistance programs available through the Florida Department of Children and Families, Automated Community Connection to Economic Self Sufficiency (ACCESS).
  • Experience leading, inspiring and coaching a team; as well as being sensitive to the needs of the community we serve.
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical center or similar setting preferred.
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in health administration or a related field is a plus.
