This new position seeks a full-time Territory Sales Manager position, in which we expect the individual to manage the sales territory of Southeast Florida Contractors and Puerto Rico .

On a daily basis the salesperson is expected to act as ambassador of the company and manage its territory by engaging with current and prospective customers, managing the territory's costumer relations, creating quotes and sales orders, coordinating shipments, managing warranties.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, is capable of working autonomously and is an experienced salesperson that is pro-active, self-driven, and well mannered. The person must be knowledgeable about the HVAC/R industry , be willing to travel regularly across its assigned territory to visit current and prospective clients and nurture business relationships. Plus, they should be computer literate and feel comfortable working with Microsoft programs and SAP Business One .

The salesperson is expected to spend their time 70% visiting clients and 30% at our headquarters; schedule flexibility can be negotiated.
