YOTEL/YOTELPAD Miami is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to join our
team. This person is sociable and confident with our crew and our
guests and likes to be busy, always looking for the next task or
goal to achieve.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
--- Secure new business and maintain repeat bookings. (Special
consideration will be given to candidates with S.M.E.R.F.
--- Represent brand at industry tradeshows, uncovering new
--- Participate in feeder city trips local events.
--- Conducts tours, presentations and represents YOTEL Miami and
assist team as needed.
--- Partner with team to ensure all group needs are met,
encouraging repeat business.
--- Collaborate to create promotions for specific accounts and time
--- Assist with annual group budget process.
--- Fluent with competitive set, ensuring that the hotel is
competitively positioned within marketplace.
--- Attend sales meetings.
--- Uncover new companies moving to Florida for potential
--- Actively sells and prospects 100% of the time; flexible hours
and travel required.
--- Innovative, brainstorming for new ways to uncover and capture
--- Accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, room
night, and ADR targets.
--- Pursues membership & networking in organizations outside of
traditional hotel model.
--- Ensures contractual agreements are executed in a timely, and
--- Willingness to learn and adapt with dynamic environment.
--- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
--- Conducts one-self in a professional, pleasant and energetic
--- Upholds the highest standards of YOTEL and business
--- Maintains a friendly & cohesive work environment with crew,
internal departments & guests.
