Mid/High-Rise Construction Location: Hialeah, FL Employment Type:
Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead
Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of residential
mid- and high-rise projects . This role is critical in ensuring
that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to
the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a proven
leader with strong technical expertise, excellent communication
skills, and the ability to manage all field operations from start
to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction
activities , from mobilization through project turnover. Manage,
coordinate, and supervise all subcontractors, trades, and field
staff. Develop and maintain construction schedules , ensuring
milestones and deadlines are met. Enforce strict adherence to
safety protocols and company safety standards. Oversee quality
control to ensure work meets plans, specs, and client expectations.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to
resolve issues quickly. Conduct regular site meetings with
subcontractors and stakeholders. Manage project documentation
including RFIs, daily reports, inspections, and closeout. Mentor
and support Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
Qualifications 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5
years in a Superintendent role . Proven track record in ground-up
residential mid/high-rise projects . Strong knowledge of
construction means, methods, and best practices. Excellent
leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to
read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and contracts.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
(Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.). OSHA 30 certification
preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary $180k -
