We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of ultra high-end custom homes from the ground up in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a rare opportunity to manage legacy-level, $10M residential estates with a luxury-focused general contractor known for flawless execution and craftsmanship. Client Details Our client is a prestigious custom homebuilder based in South Florida that specializes in building one-of-a-kind luxury residences in the $8M-$20M range. With a focus on detail, design integrity, and client satisfaction, this firm is highly selective about its projects and team-delivering premier estates for UHNW clients across Palm Beach County. Description Manage day-to-day onsite operations for high-end, ground-up custom home projects Coordinate all trades and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and high-level finishes Liaise with owners, architects, and designers with a white-glove communication approach Track progress, manage schedules, conduct inspections, and document all site activity Resolve construction issues efficiently while upholding elite standards of workmanship Profile The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience supervising the construction of high-end, ground-up custom homes, ideally in the $10M range. They must have deep knowledge of high-end materials, complex construction techniques, and detailed luxury finishes. Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills are essential, as is a proactive and solution-driven mindset. Experience working with discerning clients and high-profile projects is highly preferred.
