Job Description Job Description Benefits: Free uniforms Health insurance The Maintenance Tech position is for a Galt Ocean Luxury High Rise. The focus of the position will be to conduct the day to day luxury high rise condominium maintenance and upkeep, including but not limited to; HVAC System Maintenance 3 yrs experience- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) upkeep and repair Leak Repair Pool Maintenance Fire and Security system troubleshooting Cooling Tower Knowledge Heating Pumps knowledge Sheet rock repair & painting All general and preventive maintenance Check all A/C units and thermostats where indicated Maintenance Technician with over 3 years of experience working in Residential Condos, Hotel/Resort, or similar environments. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting, ensuring the smooth operation of properties. Skilled in addressing and resolving maintenance issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer service and hospitality standards. 3 years verifiable maintenance experience required Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Hands on knowledge of HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and General Maintenance Any certifications/licenses in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, EPA Refrigerant etc. are a strong plus. Preventative Maintenance Tasks including accurate tracking and paperwork Knowledge of Cooling Towers, Boilers, Pump Rooms, Domestic Pumps, all Mechanical and Life Safety Equipment a strong plus SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDS; Ability to lift up to 40 lbs following appropriate safety procedures. Work in an upright standing position for extended periods of time with ability to crouch and reach while painting, climb ladders and work at heights above ground level using appropriate safety equipment (1st floor level). Must be flexible with work hours and be able to work weekends if necessary and respond to emergencies.
