Job Description:
PSE Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field
Technician to join our cutting-edge team. As a pioneer in providing

manufacturing sector. The Field Technician will be instrumental in
conducting operational tasks and ensuring the effective maintenance
and repair of equipment and systems at various industrial sites.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure
optimal operation. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial
machinery and technological systems. Communicate effectively with
team members and clients to provide updates on project status and
equipment conditions. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
as directed by PSE Group LLC and governing bodies. Document all
operations, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately and
timely. Manage inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring all
necessary materials are available as needed. Assist in training new
staff as required and participate in continuous improvement
initiatives. Strong technical skills with the ability to
troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using tools
and technology related to the industry. Ability to read and
interpret technical documents such as blueprints and manuals. Solid
organizational skills with the keen ability to prioritize tasks.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Professional certification from a recognized technical
institution, such as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability
Technician (CMRT) or similar. Valid driver's license and clean
driving record as travel to various sites is required.
