As a Marketing Manager at Rate Leaf, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. With a keen understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies, you will lead initiatives that leverage video marketing, content marketing, and other innovative tactics to amplify our brand and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligning with Rate Leaf's mission, values, and business goals.
--- Lead video marketing efforts, creating impactful and engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience.
--- Design and execute content marketing campaigns that educate, inform, and inspire, driving customer loyalty and attracting new clients.
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints.
--- Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and continually refine marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
--- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure Rate Leaf's continued leadership and innovation in the mortgage market.

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Experience "Degree" in Hard work preferred
--- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in video marketing and content marketing strategies.
--- Strong creative vision, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
--- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, video editing software, and content management systems.
--- Passion for understanding the mortgage industry and the unique needs of our customers.
