A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to manage a
team and optimize customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team and external agency resources to design and deliver
the Early Lifecycle marketing strategy
Collaborate on content strategy and drive the content creation
process
Build a test roadmap to optimize performance and analyze key
lifecycle marketing KPIs
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM
3+ years of people management experience
A passion for creating engaging customer experiences
An intuitive understanding of customer experience and strong
analytical ability
Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and technology
