The Team: The AbbaDox Sales team is at the forefront of selling
solutions to streamline healthcare operations and practice
administration workflows with a modern, proprietary, cloud-based
network of in-house developed solutions. What started from a need
to streamline manual transcription processes, quickly became the
foundation for a seamlessly integrated solutions platform that
provides our customers with extensive value and scalability.
Head of Marketing
Location: Aventura, Florida
Report to: Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Executive Officer
Direct report: 3 - 5 FTEs
We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to position our
company for accelerated growth, lead a high-caliber team, and
represent the voice of our customers to shape our product and
go-to-market efforts. To continue to build on this momentum, we are

As our Head of Marketing, you will:
Develop and map out clear 1, 2 & 5-year marketing strategy that
aligns with brand values
Lead all aspects of marketing and brand/product management (PR
Influencer, Digital, Social, Distribution, New Products Ideation,
Affiliate, Email, SEO, etc.)
Drive and manage budget allocation between channels and lead the
campaign-specific strategy to optimize for conversion, CAC, LTV,
ROAS, repeat rate, etc
Create, pitch, and executive on brand and partnerships that drive
Create additional brand marketing programs that grow our customer
base and brand attraction
Oversee market research and analysis, including market segments,
buying trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
Construct ROI models, conduct product pricing analysis, and
forecast financial impact of marketing strategies, campaigns, and

Own & measure all the mediums we use to reach customers- including

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing (or similar title)
managing a team that built leading consumer marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics,
Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and build a team that does
Experience developing a leading brand / product
Be able to manage relationships with other VP's, as well as CRO,
CFO, and CEO
Strong background in digital marketing preferred
Track record of building brands using low cost, high ROI marketing
Creative thinker and prolific generator of marketing ideas with a
propensity to measure all experiments
