The Team: The AbbaDox Sales team is at the forefront of selling solutions to streamline healthcare operations and practice administration workflows with a modern, proprietary, cloud-based network of in-house developed solutions. What started from a need to streamline manual transcription processes, quickly became the foundation for a seamlessly integrated solutions platform that provides our customers with extensive value and scalability.

Head of Marketing
Location: Aventura, Florida
Report to: Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Executive Officer
Direct report: 3 - 5 FTEs
Status: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to position our company for accelerated growth, lead a high-caliber team, and represent the voice of our customers to shape our product and go-to-market efforts. To continue to build on this momentum, we are further investing in marketing as a critical growth driver.

We need an innovative, fast-moving, creative yet data-driven leader to take our business to a new level, define and communicate our brand and offering, attract new customers, and grow revenue within our existing customer base. A strategic operationalist--- who utilizes a data-driven approach to make decisions and set a clear strategy and operating plan for our sales team to hit ambitious revenue goals.
A builder who enjoys building brand new processes, systems, and structures and optimizing existing ones.

A trusted advisor and leader who sets a high bar, develops, and grows their team to perform today and tomorrow, and liaises effectively with internal and external business partners and customers.

As our Head of Marketing, you will:
Develop and map out clear 1, 2 & 5-year marketing strategy that aligns with brand values
Lead all aspects of marketing and brand/product management (PR Influencer, Digital, Social, Distribution, New Products Ideation, Affiliate, Email, SEO, etc.)
Drive and manage budget allocation between channels and lead the campaign-specific strategy to optimize for conversion, CAC, LTV, ROAS, repeat rate, etc
Create, pitch, and executive on brand and partnerships that drive awareness
Create additional brand marketing programs that grow our customer base and brand attraction
Oversee market research and analysis, including market segments, buying trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
Construct ROI models, conduct product pricing analysis, and forecast financial impact of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Understand & represent the voice of prospective members and use it to evolve the company brand
Own & measure all the mediums we use to reach customers- including events, content, design, ads, site, & more
Build our culture by being mission-driven, customer-obsessed, resourceful, and disciplined about long-term goals
Build an entrepreneurial and inclusive team where each new hire raises the bar

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
MBA ideal
5+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing (or similar title) managing a team that built leading consumer marketing strategies
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and build a team that does the same
Experience developing a leading brand / product
Be able to manage relationships with other VP's, as well as CRO, CFO, and CEO
Strong background in digital marketing preferred
Track record of building brands using low cost, high ROI marketing tactics
Creative thinker and prolific generator of marketing ideas with a propensity to measure all experiments
