Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end claims handling across multiple lines of coverage • Analyze incident reports, loss trends, and claim data to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Collaborate closely with field operations, legal, HR, safety, and external partners (TPA, carriers, attorneys) to investigate and resolve claims • Ensure claims are properly documented, reserved, and reported according to internal standards and regulatory requirements • Monitor claim progression to ensure cost control and timely closure • Participate in claim reviews with the third-party administrator • Provide risk reporting and insights to leadership; prepare dashboards and claim summaries as needed • Support litigation management efforts in partnership with in-house and outside counsel • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to claims handling and risk management Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field preferred • 3 - 5 years of relevant claims experience; automotive or retail industry experience a plus • Strong knowledge of claims management practices, insurance coverage, and legal processes • Experience working with third-party administrators and insurance carriers • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Insurance certifications such as ARM, AIC, or CPCU preferred Exciting Benefits and Perks Await You: Competitive compensation and 401k matching Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with insurance plans (health, dental, vision) and maternity benefits.
