Job Description:

Our client, a major national organization in the healthcare industry with a location in Jupiter, FL, has an opening for an experienced Parts Expeditor. This is an extended temporary position only, scheduled to last up to one year. A Parts Expeditor drives solutions for customers needing parts for acute care medical devices. The primary role for this position is to process and fulfill purchase order requests, resolve order issues and confirm parts delivery for the biomed and field service teams. Parts Expeditors have a Supplier support focus.



Requirements:


--3+ years' experience expediting for a large manufacturer


--Receive and process vendor order changes. i.e. part price changes, updated part numbers or description, vendor address changes, etc.


--Perform professional vendor and field call handling and communication.


--Meet or exceed established goals and metrics as defined by the leadership team.


--Comply with company attendance policy.


--Flexible work schedule to provide coverage from 8AM to 6PM EST.


--Input and update data into Oracle databases.


--Consistent work history
