Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We're looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. You'll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare a very short cover letter as follows:

The subject line of the cover letter should be your last name in ALL CAPS, followed by the position you are applying for in lowercase, followed by one word that you would use to describe yourself in all caps. (For example: SMITH administrative specialist BRILLIANT)

Paragraph 1: Tell us something you'd do to make a client feel special when interacting with them.

Paragraph 2: Tell us why you applied to this particular position.

Closing Sentence - Please write, "I have read the instructions contained in the job posting and have followed the instructions."

Responsibilities:

Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
--- Manage the law firm email inbox
--- Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
