Job Description:
Position Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant
responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative
duties such as providing support for managers and employees,
serving as an initial point of contact, answering phones, planning
and implementing meetings and events, amongst
others.Responsibilities:Answer phones and greet visitors.Schedule
appointments and maintain calendars.Schedule and coordinate staff
and meetings.Collate and distribute mail.Generate reports, prepare
and monitor invoices.Prepare communications, such as memos, emails,
invoices, reports and other correspondence.Write and edit documents
from letters to reports and instructional documents.Create and
maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Manage
accounts and perform bookkeeping.Handle sensitive information in a
confidential manner.Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock
to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing
and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of
