Lead Product Manager-Downtown Miami. Salary $120K to $140K, full benefits. Relocation available if needed. Our client is a dynamic fast-paced environment for business that is described as a true fintech disrupter in the buy now pay later space. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who is obsessed with solving problems and executing on project initiatives. The Lead Product Manager will leverage their product, technology and operation experience in the card and payment space to deliver and iterate upon our products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: You will be in charge of launching and managing our US product, working closely with product and engineering. Understanding of and ability to deploy and lead the best Product Management processes that would be relevant for the size of the team and be able to adapt those processes as the team grows. You will need to understand customer feedback and drive changes to the product based on that feedback, market needs, learning from competitor successes and failures and looking at the quantitative data. Your work will cross into the mobile and web app products. You will be looking after relevant conversions throughout the product - always looking to optimize them. After launching products and features, you will need to gather data, both quantitative and qualitative and make decisions on how to improve the products where necessary. You will work closely with our support team on issues customers are raising with the product and try to see how we can solve them so that customers always have the best experience using our product. Working with all stakeholders from various teams within the company such as the leadership team and the rest of the product team - you will need to discuss, decide, and communicate what we are doing next and why. You will have structured objectives and key results to work towards. You will constantly be looking to the market to learn about our industry and the wider Fintech space, to understand changes and new developments and will become a subject matter expert in what are doing at and within Payments. You will need to be the subject matter expert for payments in our US team and should be able to answer questions on market needs and payment infrastructure. About You: 5 years in product ownership, with a track record that demonstrates end to end delivery of products from conception through to delivery to customers, gathering data and making decisions to iterate where needed. Worked in and delivered products in Payments, or more generally the Fintech industry, or within a regulated environment. 2 years’ experience leading a growing team. Ideally have experience launching early-stage products and be able to adapt based on customer feedback. Your Key Skills: Ability to translate business needs into thorough, in-depth product requirements, that you can communicate with the engineering team. Understanding and ability to solve complex business problems, which do not always have an obvious answer and often need lateral thinking. Excellent stakeholder management and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence without managing people. A good technical understanding and appreciation of how to build products within a regulated space, with a strong knowledge of the payments industry. Ability to have a holistic view across a complex product, with many moving parts, confident on leading product delivery to millions of customers. Benefits: Competitive salary.
