Job Description We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments, process AR and AP, manage invoices and Sales Tax payments. Responsibilities Handling Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. Maintain customers and vendors files updated. Successfully complete collection calls for customer balances past due and payment discrepancies. Record day to day financial transactions. Process checks requests. Other responsibilities as tasked. Skills QuickBooks experience. Strong work ethic and integrity. Attention to detail. Ability to multitask. Problem-solving skills. English required. Bilingual preferred. We sell and service all types of fire detection, CCTV and access control systems in the South Florida area, mainly in Miami Dade and Broward, as main customers high riser building and all types of condominium associations.
