FEAM Aircraft Maintenance/Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Billing Clerk to join our team in our HQ Offices in Miami, FL, US.

JOB TYPE: Full- Time

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations. The individual is responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across multiple stations. This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize and plan.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Coordinate all Accounting and Billing Services including, but not limited to:

- - - - - - - - -Monthly and weekly invoicing of aircraft maintenance billing information

Reconcile customer billing sheets and with payroll data

Gather, organize and keep track of multiple stations billing data

Partner with the management team for day-to-day operations and services

Assist with streamlining billing and collections processes

Month-end closing of the billing group information

Special program/billing planning and implementation

Field Operators' problem escalation and customer service

Assist with the implementation of a new billing system

Assist with additional tasks/projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS : Must have previous experience working in an accounting or billing department. Proven ability to perform priority setting for a billing department. Organized, detail oriented and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities. Proficient computer skills must have advanced skills in Excel. The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff. Strong time management skills. Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter.
