Requirements* Bachelors Degree in Accounting * Prior Experience in
Fund Accounting* Power User with Microsoft Excel ( V lookups, pivot
tables and nested IF statements)ResponsibilitiesThis role involves
multiple tasks in relation to real estate fund--accounts.*
Preparation of reports showing yields* asset depreciation* net
asset values and distributions* reconciliation of various accounts
with data from other sources and correcting variances* schedule
audits* cash distribution* compliance reports* financial statement
preparation.,
