meals in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will

Prepare and cook food for banquets as per menu specifications and
standards while maintaining high quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the banquet team to plan and execute events
efficiently. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation
standards. Manage food inventory and kitchen resources effectively
to minimize waste. Work closely with other cooks and banquet
supervisors to ensure timelines are met. Adapt to changing menus
and cooking styles to meet the needs of different events. Provide
mentorship and guidance to junior kitchen staff. Proficient in a
variety of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication
and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure during high
volume periods. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Food Handler's Certificate Culinary Certification (e.g., ACF
Certified Culinarian) preferred
